This is a page about me. Who am I? I’m trying to figure that out myself.

I teach kung fu. Specifically 7 Star Praying Mantis. My teacher is Dr. John Cheng. I began my studies with my Sifu since 2003. Prior to that, I studied Longfist at my Chinese school in elementary and middle school years. I also performed as a head lion dancer for the San Gabriel Valley Chinese Cultural Association during my high school and college years. Those were some of the most memorable times of my life. The feeling of wind flying through your hair while tethered to your partner, both hoping we don’t tumble back down to Earth. Good times.

I’ve operated my own school since 2008 and it’s been a whirlwind journey.

I’m an avid tennis player, photographer, Youtuber, and tech nerd. I also love animals.
